A medical device company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Care Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle patient/physician/facility calls as needed
- Document detailed information given by the patient for any calls taken
- Be responsible for accurately entering information into the web portal
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attendance and punctuality are essential job functions for this position
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from patients and facilities
- Ability to meticulously document calls
- Ability to calculate dosages and rates of infusion
