Job Summary
A pharmaceutical services company is filling a position for a Remote Patient Care Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls to complete the refill reorder requests or transfer the call to the appropriate team or employee
- Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
- Completing scheduling refills within pharmacy software systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
- Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred, but not required
- Previous pharmacy experience and patient based service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of computer software, specifically Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to accurately enter data into multiple software systems
