Job Summary

A pharmaceutical services company is filling a position for a Remote Patient Care Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming calls to complete the refill reorder requests or transfer the call to the appropriate team or employee
  • Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
  • Completing scheduling refills within pharmacy software systems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
  • Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred, but not required
  • Previous pharmacy experience and patient based service
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of computer software, specifically Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to accurately enter data into multiple software systems
