Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Patient Care Coordinator in Malvern.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality care to our patients
- Communicate directly with patients on a timely basis
- Assist the care management staff with implementation and documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must go to Malvern once per month for team meeting
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least two years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPPA , and experience working in patient care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills over the phone and the computer
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
- Patient focused
