A virtual care platform company has a current position open for a Remote Patient Care Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing concierge care support via live messaging, phone, and email
- Coordinating lab orders, prescription deliveries, and radiology orders
- Assisting providers with referrals, doctor’s notes, bills, and requests for medical records
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience in customer or patient-facing service role
- Strong writing skills
- Tech-savvy
- Knowledge of medical terminology, processes, and the outpatient ecosystem
