Job Summary

A healthcare diagnostic imaging company is in need of a Remote Patient Care Coordinator in Tulsa.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Ensuring all queues are processed in a timely and efficient manner
• Working through the Scheduler Grid to pre-register and schedule patients (inbound & outbound calls)
• Utilizing the Communication Grid to conduct appointment reminders & confirmations

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously exceed company and customer expectation
• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
