Job Summary

A multinational biopharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote Patient Care Coordinator Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Serve as patient primary point of contact
Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, and efficient
Support patients through education and setting of proper expectations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Current RN license OR Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. within state of residence
At least two (2) years’ clinical experience
Above-average skills with technology
Ability to quickly learn and utilize contact center systems, CRM, and virtual platforms
