Job Summary
A multinational biopharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote Patient Care Coordinator Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as patient primary point of contact
- Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, and efficient
- Support patients through education and setting of proper expectations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current RN license OR Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. within state of residence
- At least two (2) years’ clinical experience
- Above-average skills with technology
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize contact center systems, CRM, and virtual platforms
