Job Summary
A transplant diagnostics company has a current position open for a Remote Patient Care Manager III or IV.
Must be able to:
- Contact patients directly to schedule blood draw logistics
- Facilitate trainings on post-transplant care, patient care and protocols for internal teams
- Educate patients about long term transplant requirements and care
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Field travel to key accounts and present business reviews, process training or product updates (25-30%)
- BS or BA Degree required
- 2-4 years’ experience in healthcare environment
- Knowledge of medical or clinical diagnostics industry operations
- High level of energy and work ethic
- Results oriented with strong analytical capabilities
