Job Summary
A transplant diagnostics company is filling a position for a Remote Patient Care Manager IV.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage patients in various areas of care
- Facilitate trainings on post-transplant care
- Educate patients about long term transplant requirements and care
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel may be requested from time to time
- BS or BA Degree with nursing or transplant coordinator certification
- 2-4 years’ experience in health environment or AA
- High level of energy and work ethic
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
