Remote Patient Care Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A health services company has a current position open for a Remote Patient Care Operations Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct patient interviews for data collection by placing outbound calls to patients
• Assist to provide quality infusion services to patients and medical practice
• Apply knowledge of medical terminology and listening skills

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, LPN preferred, but not required
• Previous hospital or medical office experience and medical terminology are a plus
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• The ability to handle stressful situations while multitasking
