Job Summary

A digital pharmacy is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Care Transfer Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Work closely with patients to update them on the transfer process
  • Troubleshoot prescription issues by calling competing pharmacies
  • Access and utilize patient profiles

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy
  • Must obtain an active pharmacy technician (PTCB) license within 2 years of employment
  • Ability to learn and operate a new pharmacy management system and other relevant equipment
  • Ability to interpret, transcribe, and troubleshoot prescription information
  • Ability to perform common math calculations
