A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Patient Collections Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Making outbound phone calls to our clients to obtain patient billing information
• Making outbound collection calls to obtain patient payments and negotiate payments
• Researching and resolving each customer’s account thoroughly using patient files

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 1 year collections experience
• 1 year call center experience
• 1 year medical billing
• 3-5 years customer service experience
