Job Summary

A healthcare consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Collections Specialist in Conway.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries.
• Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account.
• Working with patients and guarantors to secure payment on outstanding account balances

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to maintain minimum production and quality standards
• Ability to achieve passing quality review scores per unit requirements
• Ability to produce acceptable unit collection volumes
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to attend Privacy and Security Training as required
• Ability to comply with all guidelines, policies and procedures
