Job Summary
A hospital and healthcare system company has an open position for a Remote Patient Connection Associate III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying patient medical record utilizing Piedmont's process/policy
- Being responsible for pre-registering and scheduling moderately complex procedures
- Operating and utilizing the Scheduler Program in the hospital computer system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years of related customer facing experience, preferably in healthcare
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling OR preregistering patients
