Job Summary

A hospital and healthcare system has a current position open for a Remote Patient Connection Center Supervisor in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the daily team production and performance of a department within the PCC
  • Monitoring representative performance, and performing quality assurance reviews
  • Working with the manager to create and/or develop training and refresher tools

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years revenue cycle experience or Contact Center experience
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of staff/subordinates
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently plan, schedule, organize and respond appropriately
  • Ability to think critically, problem solve and improve processes both independently and collaboratively
