Job Summary

A healthcare system is in need of a Remote Patient Connection Triage Registered Nurse in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

Serve as clinical contact for patients calling the contact center with specific symptoms or concerns
Document the clinical information that was discussed with the patient in EPIC
Provide normal test results to patients who are not able to talk to their primary nurse in a timely manner

Skills and Requirements Include:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
3 years of professional nursing experience preferably in an ER, Critical Care and or Cardiovascular medical practice
Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
Current BLS certification required with phone triage experience preferred
Able to identify unstable patients and direct them to appropriate emergency care
Assist and guide medical assistants fulfilling medication refill responsibilities
