Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Contact Center Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients, providing exceptional customer service
• Research and provide relevant information to patient inquiries, including promotional details
• Maintain accurate records in the Patient Contact Center and EMR databases

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment
• Proficient in relevant computer applications, including data entry and typing
• Working knowledge of customer service principles and call center technology
• Must reside in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or Massachusetts
• High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in communications or related field preferred
