Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Remote Patient Contact Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and ensure compliance with patient care standards while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients and co-workers through effective communication via phone and Microsoft Teams
- Schedule appointments for various clinics and handle patient registration, including verifying insurance information
- Meet performance metrics for call handling, appointment scheduling, and patient care compliance
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
