A physician-led healthcare staffing company is seeking a Remote Patient Coordinator in Corpus Christi.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Being the first point of contact with patients
Utilizing customized scripting
Documenting what is needed before a Nurse speaks with the patient

Required Skills:

High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
1+ years of customer service experience
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
Ability to defuse conversations and escalate if necessary
Flexibility with scheduling
