Job Summary
A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Customer Service Specialist in the Manitowoc Area.
Must be able to:
- Make outbound phone calls and take inbound calls from patients
- Note each phone call and conversation in our clients system
- Take insurance information and forward to appropriate department
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to train onsite for approximately 60 days
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must reside within 45 miles of Manitowoc, Wisconsin
- Must meet all home office internet and equipment requirements
- Ability to type 45 words per minute
