Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Customer Service Specialist l .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collects demographic, insurance, and other relevant information from patients
- Places and receives phone calls to/from patients to gather payment for medical expenses
- Educates patients on the healthcare revenue cycle and repayment programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/GED (Completed or Actively Enrolled)
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service capacity preferred
- 1+ year(s) of experience contributing to a team culture of learning and growth preferred
