Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Engagement Sales Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Document member inquires, appointment scheduling, call outcomes, special requests
• Interact with members to identify member needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
• Successfully sell services and schedule patient appointments for providers

Qualifications Include:

• Must be skilled in Telephonic Sales with a high success conversion rate
• Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Dialer experience
• Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 3-5 years sales telemarketing experience in a Healthcare member enrollment
• Recent experience in a healthcare setting
