Job Summary

A telehealth solutions company is seeking a Remote Patient Enrollment and Program Training Manager in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring all enrollment staff are clocked in and working
  • Answering any questions from all enrollment staff
  • Sending out PIPs to those who continue to hit below required analytics directed by CPD

Required Skills:

  • Medical Assistant with 1-year CCM enrollment experience or approved equivalent experience
  • Understand and pass competency test regarding CCM program enrollment requirements
  • Able to perform all tasks for enrollment team including efficiency with 95% or greater compliance.
  • Minimum 3 years working with various EHR systems
  • Demonstrates vast knowledge with insurance types, and eligibility information
  • Team leader and/or manager experience
