Job Summary

A developer of healthcare management software is seeking a Remote Regional Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Execute high-quality service to patients via phone call, text message and email communication
  • Help gather resources available to the Los Angeles patient population
  • Monitor operational reports to enhance patient engagement and program impact

Qualifications Include:

  • Expectation of 5-15% travel to local hospital(s)
  • 2+ years of prior experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent time-management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated success within a fast-moving, people-centric environment
  • Proficiency with web-based applications; general comfort in learning new tools and technology
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
