Job Summary
A healthcare revenue cycle management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Experience Representative in Iowa City.
Must be able to:
- Demonstrate service excellence at all times to Clients (external Partners) and colleagues (internal Partners)
- Comply with policies such as time and attendance to ensure appropriate coverage for Clients
- Represent Clients with high levels of professionalism and quality work product
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree desired, or any equivalent combination of education and experience
