Job Summary
A healthcare comapny needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Experience Team Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Cultivating and enabling a community of highly skilled, highly empathetic Patient Experience Specialists/Experts
- Offering guidance and support to your team through team engagement and enablement
- Directly leading and motivating a team of 10-15 PX Specialists/Experts to achieve department goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with performance metrics and using these metrics to drive improvements
- Understanding of how to perform a data analysis
- Ability to establish a strong point of view and present this POV to internal stakeholders
