Job Summary
A faith-based non-profit medical organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Financial Advisor II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Confirming coverage requirements for scheduled patients
- Confirming eligibility for insured patients
- Obtaining needed authorization for service where applicable
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years’ experience within a healthcare financial environment
- Knowledge/training in government payor rules and regulations
- At least one year establishing eligibility and/or payment authorizations
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge/training regarding TPLs, WC, and other payment sources and liabilities
