Job Summary

A healthcare revenue cycle management company is filling a position for a Remote Patient Financial Advocate.

Must be able to:

• Make and receive inbound/outbound phone calls to initiate arrangements for patients
• Respond to patient billing inquiries
• Negotiate payments and payment plans with patients

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of prior collection experience utilizing a Dialer
• Working college credentials
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to the collection of accounts
• Excellent follow through abilities to meet daily productivity targets
