Job Summary

A healthcare research organization has a current position open for a Remote Patient Financial Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing pre-registration functions prior to the patient appointment
• Collecting guarantor liabilities and helping patients who are uninsured/underinsured to charity, financial assistance
• Contacting patients, payers, or other departments to confirm and verify insurance and demographic information

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma
• Three years related healthcare pre-registration/referral experience required
• Medical terminology and electronic medical record experience required
