Job Summary
A healthcare network needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Financial Navigator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensure that each patient has a complete and accurate company medical record
- Educate and support the patient on financial options
- Determine a patient's payer source and obtain authorization from the payer
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience of 2 years in a healthcare or public health setting
- Six (6) months experience in healtcare administration
- One year experience with customer service/relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
