Job Summary
A business services firm is seeking a Remote Patient Financial Recovery Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from patients
- Assist patients with their account
- Identify and gather new insurance information
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with patients, co-workers, and management
- Proficient PC knowledge and the ability to type 30-40 wpm
