Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Patient Financial Services Representative Commercial Banking Officer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing payments, adjustments, claims, correspondence, refunds, denials, financial/charity applications
- Reconciling, balancing and pursuing account balances and payments, and/or denials
- Researching payments, denials and/or accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Knowledge of patient financial services, financial, collecting services or insurance industry experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision and to work independently
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to interact with a wide range of audiences
- Knowledge in the use of common office software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
