Job Summary

A university has a current position open for a Remote Patient Financial Services Representative I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being responsible for all aspects of patient billing and collection processing
• Working on payment posting, cash reconciliation, refund/credit processing, insurance follow up, etc

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• PC Knowledge and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
• 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare environment
• Demonstrates competency in daily functions, interpersonal and cognitive skills
• Maintains knowledge related to product/service line, quality improvement, cost reduction, etc
• Must maintain proficiency in utilizing all applicable systems
