A non-profit healthcare provider is in need of a Remote Patient Financial Services Representative in Falls Church.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing timely feedback and analysis regarding process improvement opportunities
• Understanding and utilizing EPIC reporting and functionality to achieve goals
• Communicating issues and concerns with management team and appropriate personnel

Required Skills:

• Associates Degree
• Two years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
• Demonstrated ability to learn Revenue Cycle Functions
• Knowledge of Office 365
• Ability to think critically and resolve accounts with minimal supervision
