Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Intake Coordinator Full Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new patient referrals and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Respond to inquiries and maintain communication with referral sources and internal staff
  • Document and enter referral information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) accurately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and TEAMS
  • Ability to work after hours and on-call schedule
  • Data entry speed of 40 words per minute/10,000 keystrokes per hour
  • Basic knowledge of the medical industry and insurance functions
