Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Patient Intake Coordinator Full Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new patient referrals and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Respond to inquiries and maintain communication with referral sources and internal staff
- Document and enter referral information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) accurately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and TEAMS
- Ability to work after hours and on-call schedule
- Data entry speed of 40 words per minute/10,000 keystrokes per hour
- Basic knowledge of the medical industry and insurance functions
