Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Monitoring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Key Responsibilities

• Use technology to remotely monitor patients' health and provide necessary interventions based on patient data
• Engage with patients through various communication methods to remind them to record vitals and respond to alerts
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans and educate patients on remote monitoring technology

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid nursing license in the state of practice
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in remote patient monitoring or telehealth
• Comfortable using technology to communicate with patients and healthcare providers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong ethics and values
