A nonprofit health system company is seeking a Remote Patient Physical Practice Liaison in Suffolk.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assessing each case related concern and resolves issues
- Sharing information with appropriate personnel
- Ensuring the smooth processing of patients' appointments and information
Qualifications for this position include:
- Requires 2-4 years of experience in the healthcare field or in a related area
- Requires experience assessing and solving customer problems
- Requires an associate degree or the equivalent
- Requires experience in utilization of skills
- Must possess a working knowledge of commonly used healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures
- Requires the knowledge necessary to use multiple software systems
