A healthcare system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Physician Practice Liaison in Suffolk.

- Assessing each case related concern
- Resolving issues with regards to appointments, financial matters, and clearance
- Ensuring the smooth processing of patients' appointments and information
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate degree or the equivalent combination of experience and training
- 2 - 4 years of experience in the healthcare field or in a related area
- Experience assessing and solving customer problems
- Must possess a working knowledge of commonly used healthcare concepts
- Ability to utilize software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer
