Job Summary

A mental health provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Quality Assurance Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring and coordinating quality assurance/quality improvement functions
  • Monitoring patient feedback and/or provider complaints & grievances

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in mental health care, quality assurance, program management, care management, and managed care
  • Experience in community mental health centers, hospitals, private practices, group practices, or comparable settings
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of collaborative quality improvement/quality assurance
