A healthcare business solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Patient Representative Account Lead in Frisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing assistance, coaching and training to staff members
- Acting as a point of contact for internal operational questions
- Verifying claims adjudication utilizing appropriate resources and applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Participate and attend meetings, training seminars and in-services
- 3 to 6 years experience in Medical/Hospital Insurance related collections
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced technical skills including PC and MS Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04 and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) interpretation
