A healthcare business solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Patient Representative Account Lead in Frisco.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing assistance, coaching and training to staff members
• Acting as a point of contact for internal operational questions
• Verifying claims adjudication utilizing appropriate resources and applications

Qualifications for this position include:

• Participate and attend meetings, training seminars and in-services
• 3 to 6 years experience in Medical/Hospital Insurance related collections
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced technical skills including PC and MS Outlook
• Advanced knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes
• Advanced knowledge of UB-04 and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) interpretation
