Job Summary

A healthcare billing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Resolution Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing superior customer service in partnership with hospitals throughout the country
  • Managing a high volume of in-bound and out-bound calls from patients, hospitals, and insurance carriers to resolve patient accounts and collect payment
  • Researching alternate insurance or payment options available while navigating and updating multiple patient accounting systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Previous customer service and/or collections experience
  • Proven good computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Possession of excellent communication skills
  • Ability to identify an issue, examine options, and provide effective solutions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to assess caller status to ensure the protection of patient privacy and compliance with State and Federal guidelines
