A healthcare retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Resource Specialist in Honolulu.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting patients with expertise and knowledge of resource identification
- Evaluating and providing information regarding the utilization
- Documenting resources appropriately in member's electronic medical record

- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
- Must have a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with excellent communication skills
- 2 years of prior related work experience in Social
- Must be able to plan, organize and evaluate patient well-being effectively
- Must have Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
