A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Patient Resource Specialist in San Antonio.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Handles high volume patient related inbound and/or outbound contacts
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with patients
• Providing health insurance assistance and resource or program information
