Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Resource Specialist in the San Antonio Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing strong working relationships with patients
• Providing health insurance assistance
• Helping patients complete treatment protocol

Required Skills:

• Ability to work remotely and travel as required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and tools
• Home office, computer and internet specifications as outlined by company
• Ability to pass a typing proficiency test of 50 WPM
• Ability to provide proof of homeowners/renters insurance
