A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Patient Scheduling Coordinator I in Jackson.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating the scheduling of single and multiple complex procedures
- Communicating patient scheduled visit instructions and service applicable information
- Using good judgment on the urgency of scheduling the requested test/procedure
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Degree or GED equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- One year or more of strong customer service experience
