Key Responsibilities
  • Handles 80-100 inbound/outbound calls daily and assists patients with appointment scheduling
  • Masters internal systems and tools for effective communication and scheduling management
  • Collects and manages patient information in compliance with industry regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of general customer database (CRM) experience
  • College education (completed degree or relevant coursework)
  • 1-3 years of call center experience preferred
  • Experience within the healthcare industry preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
