Job Summary

Supporting a growing dermatology practice, the full-time Remote Patient Service Agent will manage 80-100 inbound and outbound patient calls daily, assist with appointment scheduling, and ensure effective communication between patients and healthcare providers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Efficiently handle high volumes of patient calls while maintaining a positive service-oriented demeanor
  • Master internal systems for scheduling and patient information management in compliance with industry regulations
  • Achieve individual performance goals and escalate unique patient situations as necessary
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of general customer database (CRM) experience
  • College education (completed degree or relevant coursework)
  • 1-3 years of call center experience preferred
  • Experience within the healthcare industry preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
