Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Patient Service Center RX Refill Pharmacy Technician.
Must be able to:
- Provide the highest quality of care delivery, by ensuring all medication requests are answered and processed promptly
- Answer incoming phone calls in a call center environment regarding prescription refills
- Process prescription refill requests in real time from incoming calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician course
- Certified Pharmacy Technician Certificate/License
