Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Document and relay patient information according to practice guidelines and ensure timely resolution of patient issues
  • Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel as directed by management
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues with empathy
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
