Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Document and relay patient information according to practice guidelines and ensure timely resolution of patient issues
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel as directed by management
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues with empathy
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
- Effective interpersonal skills to work in a diverse team environment
