Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Document patient information and provide detailed appointment confirmations, ensuring adherence to Practice guidelines
• Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel, while identifying process improvements for patient experience

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable using various communication tools, including phone, email, and online chats
• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment
