Job Summary

Handling inbound and outbound communications for up to six ambulatory practices, the full-time Remote Patient Service Representative will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve medication and insurance questions while working from a secure home environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with patients and staff using various advanced communication tools to address inquiries and provide assistance
  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system to schedule and reschedule patient appointments accurately
  • Document and relay patient information according to practice guidelines, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues empathetically to patients
  • Experience using multiple communication tools such as phone, email, and online chat
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of professionals
